2019 Membership Appreciation Party

We had our annual member appreciation party held at the Sky Lounge on 17th and Broadway. Members reconnected with each other and celebrated the new year with their friends and loved ones. It was a successful night filled with joyous memories!

The AIA East Bay hosted a moderated discussion of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) for the benefit of a public audience including homeowners and other interested parties. It was a success as attendees learned more about the process of ADUs.

This house was originally built in the 1980s as an unintentionally chaotic version of a farmhouse. Although beautiful, it had awkward elevations. The new house maintains all the positive intent of the original house and solves the mishmash of the original.
