The CARES Act provides protections to many homeowners who are going through a financial hardship because of the pandemic. The protections apply to all federally backed and federally sponsored mortgage loans, which includes FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loans. Mortgages not covered by the CARES Act may also provide similar forbearance options. Homeowners must request forbearance from their mortgage servicer.

CLIENTS SPEAK OUT -
"ACCS basically saved my life when I lost my job and had 3 maxed out credit cards. They had the interest rate of each card reduced to 2% or less and consolidated all my cards into one easy payment debited from my checking account each month.
The charge for their services if memory serves was minuscule to start and they did not take another dime for their services. 4 years later I’m proud to say that I am debt free and have a credit rating of 802!!! I cannot possibly thank ACCS enough for the blessing of their services." ~ Carl M.
"Your customer service was incredible. Thank you very much for all the help you've done. Because of you I can retire. Again thank you!" ~ Larry R.
"Everyone at ACCS was so helpful, anytime I had questions or concerns. Thank you so much!!!" ~ Sheila K.
COMPANY NEWS & EVENTS -
Advantage CCS is COA Approved!

Advantage CCS recently underwent the reaccreditation process with the Council on Accreditation (COA) in late October, and we were notified in November that our agency was reaccredited!

The COA said - "On behalf of the Council on Accreditation (COA), I am delighted to inform you that Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. has been reaccredited. In addition, Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. was expedited through the Pre-Commission Review Report (PCR) process as a result of not receiving any out of compliance ratings in any of the fundamental practice standards. Congratulations on this amazing achievement!"

We're very happy to announce our reaccreditation and also the fact that we didn't receive any out of compliance ratings. That is extremely difficult to achieve! We are so thrilled with this news!
