New App and prescription renewal on the website:
If you used to use our website to reorder your refills, you have probably noticed that the site has been updated and requires you to have a username and password. There have been some glitches in this new system with getting people logged in. In order to use this new system, you will need to have a cell phone. That cell phone number needs to be in our pharmacy system. So, to try and prevent glitches from happening, please contact the pharmacy to make sure that we have your cell phone number in our system before you begin the account making process. If you have troubles you can go to the 'contact us' page and email us your issue, and our IT person--Robert--will get back to you and help you get set up.
If you don't have a cell phone, you can order your refills using the IVR system on the phone--it goes quicker than the old system, or you can use the 'contact us' page to email your request in. If you use the website, or the app, those requests go directly into our pharmacy que to be filled and will get processed much more quickly than when you emailed your requests before.
Once you are set up with an account, you can also add other family members to your account, so that everyone doesn't need their own account.
