City of Jacksonville Police Department received protective gear.
City of Jacksonville Fire and Police Departments, in a joint effort with our local school district and emergency medical facilities, participated in a demonstration of "Shattered Dreams".
The City of Jacksonville Public Library created online Storytime for children and teens during Covid shutdown.
Zyklus Heat & Transfer, a subsidiary of the Italian based, LU-VE Company, started work on their new 20,000 sq ft building. This is the largest manufacturing building in Cherokee County.
New AMI Water Meters were installed. These digital meters provide customers with real-time data on their water usage.

Groundbreaking of the new Chick-fil-A on Hwy 69 in Jacksonville!
Hassell Grilling Games brought celebrity chefs out to Lake Jacksonville for a grilling competition between our Fire and Police Departments. The event will air on TV soon. Stay tuned!
Jacksonville College Golf Tournament brought several out of town guests to our beautiful Cherokee Ranch Golf Club.
The City of Jacksonville restroom trailer was a welcome addition to the event.
Drive Thru Trick or Treat!
This was the first of it's kind in Jacksonville and was a great success!
Councilwoman, Mindy Gellock, was sworn in by Mayor Randy Gorham after Councilmember Jeff Smith was honored during his farewell meeting.
Love's Lookout official logo was created.
The Indian statue at Love's Lookout was named during a contest where local resident, Tabatha Hendricks, named him Chief Standing Pride.
The Santa Sleigh Parade through each district was a success thanks to our staff and the citizens who came outside to wave and welcome Santa to our town!
