We ask that our residents place their bins out the night before, or morning of scheduled pick-up. The bins should be stored in the garage or back patio of the home, please do not store the bins on front patios or driveways.

Bulk Trash

All bulk trash must be disposed of at the Self Help Office dumpsters at: 3924A West Scott St.
Drop off hours are M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sat 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Bulk trash is not permitted to be placed curbside, at the compactor areas or inside the large recycling totes at the compacters.

Hazardous waste is not permitted at the compacter areas at any time- Please reference page 6 of the resident handbook about hazardous waste.

Free items are not permitted to be left curbside at anytime.
A note from UC Maintenance!
We wanted residents to keep in mind when submitting a service request to give accurate contact information (phone number and email) and be as descriptive as possible about the issue in the home. Always place an emergency work order by calling 609-724-0500.
Work order confirmations and completions will go to the email that's provided.
We are still offering Flex for those who want to workout from home!

Christmas trees must be disposed of at the Self Help Office
Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Over the past couple of years, we have noticed a lot more trash being disposed during the month of December. In order to prepare for the additional trash, we will be placing 5 open top containers throughout the community. The following trash compactor locations will have the additional open tops:

FCE #6 (Falcon Courts East)
Spaatz St #7
Old Self Help #8 (East Castle Street)
 
Please continue to use the trash compactors for household and bagged trash. The open top containers should be utilized for larger and bulk items such as crates, unwanted furniture etc.
