Wermers Multi-Family Starts Framing at The Lofts at Carlsbad Village |

Wermers Multi-Family Corporation has announced framing is officially underway at The Lofts at Carlsbad Village! Located on Carlsbad Village Drive, The Lofts is a premier mixed-use project that includes 106 residential apartment units with ocean views west of I-5. The Lofts is a podium project with a 3-story residential building over a 2-story parking structure/retail center, featuring private courtyards, gym, soaking pool and many other exclusive amenities. Construction is estimated to be completed by late 2021.

Construction Begins on The Wedge Tower |
The Wedge, a sustainable new residential tower in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada has commenced construction. Designed by San Diego based architects AVRP Skyport,The Wedge was recently awarded the Gold Nugget Grand Award as Best On-The-Boards Multifamily Community. Millenia to participate in
OH! San Diego 2021

Millenia, the award-winning master planned community in South County has been selected to participate in the 2021 OH! San Diego architectural festival March 5-12. The free to the public annual event will include walking tours, virtual tours and self-guided tours. The new award-winning Millenia Fire Station, transit corridor and parks with community gardens will be highlighted in this live, work, play pedestrian-friendly community.

Trammell Crow Residential Breaks Ground on Luxury High-Rise in Little Italy |
The Southern California division of Trammell Crow Residential has started construction on Simone, a luxury, 36-story high-rise in Little Italy consisting of 358 market-rate apartments, five penthouses, 32 subsidized apartments for low-income residents, 32,000 square feet of resort-style amenity spaces and ample parking. It is located at 1401 Union St., at the intersection of Ash Street.

R.I.S.E. Awards – Huge Success! |
With social distancing as a California directive, the Sales & Marketing Council of the BIA created a virtual awards program, which was held in October. The participation was phenomenal with over 100 nominees in nearly every discipline within our industry.
