Non-members are folks such as inspectors, contractors and out of area REALTORS®. The Listing Agent can grant access through SupraWEB and set the window of access from 2 - 72 hours. • Select "Settings" - "Non-Member Access"
  • Check "Enable Non-Member Access" and "Terms" and "Save" (if you get a "Sorry" message, just try again).

      and authorize it.
3.    Non-member receives access information (lockbox serial #, date & time).

2021 General Assembly Session
The 2021 General Assembly session convenes on Wednesday, January 13th.  Click here to review Virginia REALTORS®' 2021 Legislative Agenda.
The 2021 Virginia General Assembly Session will present a unique set of political and logistical circumstances. The Senate will be meeting in person, but with no physical access from advocacy groups or constituents. The House of Delegates will be meeting virtually for the session and their committee meetings with limited access to Delegates during a fast-paced 30-day session.

Next month, I will include an update on progress of some of the bills that are important to our members.
Happy Holidays!

RVAR Holiday Food Drive
Once again RVAR came through when asked. Thanks to you, the RVAR Holiday Food Drive was a huge success. The RVAR family donated 1205 pounds of food. That equates to 1000 meals for our communities most needy families. RVAR members also donated another $605.00 to Feeding SWVA.
A huge THANK YOU to all of those that donated and to the volunteers that assisted in the drive!!
RVAR Virtual Angel Treetree
Thank you to everyone that participated in the RVAR Virtual Angel Tree benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of SWVA. 285 members of the BGCSWVA received gifts, some more than one based off the $30.00 donation per child. Below is a message from Michelle Davis, CEO of Boys & Girls Club of SWVA.
"We cannot thank RVAR and all of the REALTORS and affiliates enough for their generous support of our Project Angel Tree 2020. The initial planning with the RVAR team helped set the stage for the Amazon Wishlist idea, and it ran more smoothly than we could have even imagined. In fact, other Boys & Girls Clubs across the state used the concept themselves once they saw our emails going out. RVAR has ensured that every single one of our Roanoke Boys & Girls Club youth have a gift to unwrap this year. And in 2020, after all that our kids and families have been through, it means more than ever. Thank you for your support and generosity!"

Our RVAR Familyfamily

RVAR congratulates Jamie Bailey of Alcova Mortgage upon being elected to serve as a 2021 Director for the Kiwanis Club of Roanoke.
