While we’re disappointed that the library’s doors must close to the public for the time being, our Adult Services department looks forward to meeting all of our patrons’ needs virtually. Some of the existing services we’ll continue to provide are reference and technology assistance, a variety of book groups, and weekly meetings of our fiber arts group, A Common Yarn.
In addition to our existing offerings, the Adult Services department is excited to roll out new services. We will be offering personalized readers’ advisory, hosting virtual lectures, and adding a new book group to our existing repertoire.

No Boundaries Book Group
December 18 from 3:00-4:00 pm
The No Boundaries Book Discussion is a monthly program in which folks can chat about what they’re reading. There is no assigned book, we just ask that you come ready to chat with your friends and neighbors about what everyone is currently reading. It’s an opportunity to share ideas, recommendations, and connect with others.
A Common Yarn
A textile craftsmanship group that meets weekly to work on and share their own projects created by knitting, felting, tatting, weaving, embroidery, spinning, etc. Participants are encouraged to bring along their unfinished projects for a little inspiration and guidance.
