Safety & health

Don't forget to get your flu shot

Protect yourself and your family against the flu by getting vaccinated. The Houston Health Department is offering flu shots at its health centers to everyone age 6 months and older, with or without insurance. Costs are based on a sliding scale fee, up to $15 depending on income.

Are you up to date on your COVID-19 vaccines?

Make sure you are up to date on your COVID-19 vaccines by getting all recommended doses, including a booster when eligible. Vaccination helps protect you from serious illness, hospitalization and death. It also helps reduce spread. Learn the facts about vaccination at cdc.gov.
