Dear friends of the Center for Irish Music,
I hope you had time this week to enjoy the snow, in addition to shoveling it! Winter (one of the best seasons for playing tunes) has arrived, and our recitals start tonight. As always, we look forward to hearing our students singing and playing the music that they've been working on this fall. If you need a morale boost, join us in person or online for one of our December performances. We'd love to see you here!
The renovations of our new classrooms and recital hall are nearing completion. Thanks to our wonderful instructors and students for their patience and understanding throughout this project, and to our gracious landlords at the Celtic Junction.
Through this joyous holiday season, know that your support is meaningful, and helps our staff and instructors to continue handing down the tradition of Irish music to the next generation of musicians in our community all year long!
Stay warm and dry, and I hope to see you at a CIM event soon. If not before the end of 2022, I hope to see you at Éigse CIM, a Gaela Event (live in person and streaming) on February 25th.
All the best,
Norah Rendell
