A Message from your President:

With the holiday season upon us, AIC ON is looking back at 2022 and what it had to offer. This year, not unlike last, was demanding and full of change. Times like these rely on the professionalism, adaptability & commitment of our membership. A big thank you to our members across the province who continue to lead as the real estate valuation experts of choice.

As things wind up, and down, for the holiday season we hope you all get to enjoy the holiday season with friends & family.

Important dates for you to remember:



• November 30^th, 2022 – Active members are able to access the Trisura online portal through the AIC website (www.AICanada.ca). The portal will allow members to log on, answer some questions in regards to their professional practice and select their preferred method of payment (cheque, installments, or credit card). Upon payment, a certificate of insurance and receipt will be issued to the member.
• January 15^th, 2023 – The deadline for insurance payments before a late fee will apply.
• January 31^st, 2023 – Final date for payment. If invoices are not paid by this date, the Member will have their coverage canceled.

The deadline to complete the PPS(7 CPD Credits)

is March 15, 2023.

The current 2022-2023 cycle ends December 31, 2023 with a requirement to obtain 24 credits.

Please ensure you keep your membership in good standing by completing the PPS(mandatory CPD Credits), University course/Designation course(if applicable) and obtaining your discretionary CPD Credits.

The Real Estate Division offers a series of short online Professional Development courses aimed at satisfying real estate practitioners' continuing education needs. All courses are offered through distance education in a self-study format (with an online quiz) or a live webinar.
