It's a marshmallow world!

The SMC Seasonal Celebration was a great way to end the year on a high note at Cork & Craft in Rancho Bernardo. The SMC celebrated 2023 with members old and new, gave a huge Thank You to exiting SMC Chair Melissa Auten with Unscripted Interiors, and as always, there were games and prizes. The hit of the evening…the Marshmallow Stacking Game (who can stack the most marshmallows using chopsticks?). Big winner of the evening was Leif Tollefson of US Bank!

Shea Homes Closes Out Townsend at Mission Circle

Blending an urban setting with a small-town feel, Townsend by Shea Homes sold and closed out strictly via a Priority List. Located in the booming city of San Marcos, Townsend attracted many local residents, including first-time buyers and move-up buyers, seeking the style and amenities of a brand new Shea Homes community.

Two Neighborhoods Sell Out at Citro in Fallbrook

Fragrant citrus groves, scenic valley vistas and hundreds of acres of nearby open space have made Tri Pointe Homes’ Citro community one of the fastest-selling developments in San Diego County. First Closing Happens at the Eagerly Anticipated Fox Point Farms in Encinitas!

Mary Chaparro & Team Achieves Top 100 Status

Chaparro and Associates was recently recognized by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties (BHHSCP) for achieving the Top 100 in San Diego County for both Production and Transactions. Chaparro attributes this recent honor to her dynamic team: Kacey Smith, Dave Long and Cheryl Chen.
