Storywalk® at MacGregor Park December 5 at 12:30 PM
Join Westfield Washington Public Library and Westfield Washington Township for Story Time and a Storywalk® at MacGregor Park with the book Hiders Seekers Finders Keepers by Jessica Kulekjian.
When the autumn days grow shorter and the temperatures cool, animals prepare for winter. Some, the hiders, choose a place to rest and wait out the winter, hibernating under the ground or snuggling in a sheltered spot. Other creatures are seekers, migrating to new locations where the weather is milder and the food sources more plentiful. And then there are the finders, who keep warm and fed by adapting to the new conditions. Every animal knows just what to do.

Westfield Writers Group is for writers or want-to-be writers who have a story or memoir they would like to write, an interest in different styles of writing, a wish to interact with other writers and a desire to write in a non-judgmental environment.
This is a “just-for-fun” group. We're not professional writers. The intent is not to teach you to write but to encourage you to write something each month. Prompts are constructed with the hope that you will be inspired to write on a broad range of topics.
Contact librarian@wwpl.lib.in.us to be put on the email list for the next prompt.
