Guadalupe River Trail Tree Planting

Saturday, Dec 13th - 9:00 to 11:30am

Join Team Mahan to help beautify our city and to help us create a cleaner, safer San Jose! Meet at 60 Delmas Ave (in between Santa Clara and San Fernando)

Binoculars will be provided.

Audubon Christmas Bird Count

Sunday, Dec 14th - 8:00am to 12:00pm

A great opportunity for people who have no birding experience but would like to help count birds for this annual event. All ages welcome. Participants will meet at the Visitor Center & taking on Guadalupe River Park watching for birds along the Guadalupe River and surrounding areas from 880 to Julian Street.

Monarch Caterpillar Progress

The monarch caterpillars have enjoyed the milkweed near the entrance of the Visitor Center and are rewarding us by pupating! TIP: Planting pesticide-free milkweeds is a great way to attract monarchs to your yard!
