Starting tonight, December 1st, our HMIS vendor will be making some minor aesthetic changes to go along with their rebranding. The first round of changes will move the top navigation bar to the left-hand side and reintroduces the tab icons instead of written labels.

From top to bottom, the icons represent "Menu", "Case Management", "Organization", "Reports", "My Caseworthy."

Please reach out to the HMIS Team via our ticketing system if you encounter any technical difficulties following this update.

The HMIS Team wishes a heartfelt farewell to our beloved mascot, Casebirdy. Gone, but never forgotten, always hopping through our hearts.

HMIS Privacy & Security Training - Still Accepting Registrations!

If you have not yet completed the required Privacy & Security Training, please take the opportunity to do so before the holidays! We have had an incredible turnout thus far, and we thank everyone who has already joined a session.

This training covers the differences between inferred and informed consent, use of Releases of Information, acceptable uses of HMIS access and potential consequences for misuse of access, and more. It is expected to take approximately 1 hour.

If none of the provided options work for your schedule, please reach out to Ashley Boyer at ashley.boyer@havenforhope.org before January 31st, otherwise your HMIS account will be deactivated.

New users as of Nov 7th are exempt, as New User training will cover this material.

HMIS Team Holiday Hours

The HMIS Team will be unavailable Thursday December 25th in observance of the Christmas holidays.

We will also be unavailable January 1st for New Year's Day.
