As we celebrate Christmas and look ahead to the new year, we are filled with gratitude for the connections that make our community so strong. This season invites us to pause and appreciate the moments of kindness, belonging, and shared joy that bring us together.

With hope in our hearts, we step into the new year committed to building a community rooted in inclusion, compassion, and possibility — where everyone is valued and supported in living a full and meaningful life. Thank you for being part of what makes this work, and this community, so special.

Warm holiday wishes and best hopes for the year ahead from all of us at Community Bridges.

Thank you for sharing your holidays with us!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to our Holiday Drive and helped make this season so meaningful. Your generosity and support created opportunities for connection, joy, and inclusion that truly reflect the spirit of the holidays.

Thanks to you, our Holiday Social was a wonderful success. We welcomed dozens of people to gather, laugh, and celebrate together while enjoying games, crafts, and delicious food. The room was filled with cheer, creativity, and the kind of holiday spirit that reminds us how powerful community can be.

Thank you for sharing your holidays with us and for helping create moments that matter for the people and families we support.

Supporting Families This Thanksgiving

Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our Family Support Council, more than 30 Thanksgiving meals were provided to families and individuals we support. Each meal included a turkey, sides, and dessert — everything needed to enjoy a traditional holiday celebration.

Council members and Community Bridges staff worked together to assemble and distribute the meals, ensuring they were delivered just in time for the holiday. We are grateful to the Family Support Council for their care, time, and commitment to strengthening our community and helping make the holiday brighter for so many.
