DECEMBER 2025 NEWSLETTER

PROGRESS WITH PURPOSE

As we close out the year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on 15 years of service, growth, and impact across South Carolina. From expanding access to healthcare and technology to strengthening local partnerships, this year reminded us why our work matters. Thank you to our partners, communities, and supporters who continue to make this mission possible.

Highlighted Facts:

  • All 46 counties of South Carolina served through Broadband, Telehealth, Technology & Education

  • PCC ranks #1 in the U.S. for total FCC-committed broadband funding, generating multi-million-dollar savings across the country.

  • More than 2000 Digital Literacy Training Graduates since 2021

  • We've united healthcare providers and partners for 13 years of the Telehealth Summit of South Carolina

CONNECT. EMPOWER. INSPIRE

The 13th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC brought together more than 260 registrants, 60 speakers, and 30 sponsors and exhibitors, uniting healthcare leaders, policymakers, educators, and innovators from across the state and beyond to explore how telehealth is transforming access to care.

Good news for virtual care! Medicare telehealth and Hospital-at-Home flexibilities have been restored through Jan. 30, 2026—ensuring continued access to care without interruption.

PCC IN ACTION

In partnership with SCTA, our team was in Kingstree on November 13th delivering hands-on Digital Literacy Training. Twelve residents built practical skills to use their devices, stay connected, and access online services like telehealth.

PCC recently visited the Allendale County Office on Aging to share quick, practical health checks with local seniors.

Our team joined up with Bamberg Family Practice at the Richard Carroll Elementary PTO Fall Festival to share School-Based Telehealth information with parents — and add a little fun for the kids.

PCC was honored to visit Edisto Primary School in Orangeburg County for their Health Fair on November 20, helping parents and students learn about local healthcare providers and services.
