• On December 18, 2020, the FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization for the Moderna COVID‑19 Vaccine. Review Moderna’s Fact Sheet for Healthcare Providers Administering Vaccine regarding the limitations of authorized use.

• HHS has begun distribution of over $24 billion in Phase 3 Provider Relief Funding. Another $3 billion has been allocated by Congress in the most recent COVID-19 relief legislation, and this disbursement comes with new requirements.
