HOME Action Plan,
and National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan
On Thursday, December 2, 2021, the AHFA Board of Directors approved the 2022 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, the HOME Action Plan, and the National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan. The Board-Approved Plans are available on the AHFA website.
Application materials and timelines are forthcoming and will be announced in upcoming Multifamily Notices.
