Reminder: No School Tomorrow

This is a friendly reminder that there is no school tomorrow, Friday 12/7, due to professional development. Enjoy the long weekend!

It Takes a Village to Raise a Child and  a Community to Make a Difference

Your presence and votes MADE THE DIFFERENCE! Last night about 130 TCGIS parents, teachers, staff, board members, alumni and friends attended the D10 Land Use Committee Meeting to discuss and vote on the three variances TCGIS is seeking for lot coverage, height, and parking spaces. The votes taken on these three variances will now be presented to the D10 Council as reflecting the neighborhood's recommendation for those variances. Thus, it was critical that we have as many D10 parents and staff there to support us as possible. We launched a significant "Get Out The Vote" effort, and made sure to provide child care so that parents with younger children could easily be present to vote. There was a clear majority of votes FOR TCGIS in all three variance requests, and for that we are exceedingly grateful to our parent, teacher, staff and friends community.

 Herzlichsten Dank für Euere Unterstützung!

Thank you, Chandler Exhibits!

We would like to thank Chandler Exhibits  for their donation of $5000 to our intern program! Chandler Exhibits is a Minnesota company owned by a TCGIS family that designs, builds and executes custom retail environments. We were very excited to have Curt Chandler (VP of Chandler Exhibits) visit TCGIS and to talk to him about our awesome intern program.
