Mindfulness Meditation with David Chandler
Learn Ways to Manage Holiday Stress

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing one's attention to the internal
and external experiences occurring in the present moment.
Mindful meditation is a great way to increase focus,
decrease stress, and stimulate your creativity.
Presenter:
David Chandler is the founder and director of Eagle's Quest Tai Chi Center. He holds a Master's degree in Integrative Health and Healing from the Graduate Institute and is a Master Teacher of Tai Chi.
Each workshop will include a teaching about meditation, a guided meditation (approximately 20 minutes) and time for questions.
Location: Community Room
No previous experience necessary. Ages 15 and up.

Copies of the book are available at the Circulation Desk
one month before the meeting and are due back the evening
of the book discussion.
Food is ordered from a local restaurant, often reflecting a
theme in the book, and is delivered to the library. Menus are
available at the circulation desk.
Participants may also bring their own supper or snack.
Water, coffee and tea are provided.
The facilitator for the evening also provides dessert.
