Medication assistance, RN consult, chef prepared meals, a salon, activities, festivities, exercise & movement, community outings, and many more amenities create a unique, revitalizing day experience! Person centered care plans are designed specifically for the needs, goals, and outcomes add quality and creativity to our State licensed facility.

We contract with many funding sources including VA, INCLUSA, IRIS, Wounded Warriors, & Private Pay. Most vets will qualify for 1-2 days of no charge services through our contract with the VA. Individuals transitioning out of High School can take advantage of our Creative Vocational Discovery program, geared toward self-focused employment opportunities.

If you or a loved one needs day services; whether it be for one day per month or 5 days per week, we are here for you! Please contact Beth Peterson with inquiries and/or a personalized tour at (715) 532-4000.
