  • Minimum $10KMRC in new sales per CS Agent during contest period
  • Eligible sales include all TWCBC/Navisite and Spectrum Business product lines
  • Individuals may only win once
  • New Services only (Awards will be based on new customer opportunities only.  No contract renewals.)
  • Valid only to the first 2 CS partners to reach $10K or higher in new MRC charges of qualifying TWCBC and SB sales
  • Participants must be authorized sales agents of CS through the end of the program period and at the time of award distribution. If a participant ceases to be an authorized agent of CS prior to the time of award distribution, his/her eligibility is immediately terminated and TWCBC and CS has no obligation to that participant
  • If a customer does not install services within 6 months of the contract date, TWCBC and SB reserves the right to implement an award readjustment
  • TWCBC/SB reserves the right to verify that all orders conform to the intent and guidelines of this program and awards are entirely at the discretion of TWCBC/SB
  • Sub Agent field must be completed in SalesForce for deals to qualify towards the incentive

Please remember to send all quotes and orders to the following emails in order to be sure they are received during this holiday season.

Connectivity Source will be closed on Monday 12/26/16 for Christmas.  We will reopen on Tuesday 12/27/16.  Also we will be closed on Monday 1/2/17 for New Year's Day, reopening on Tuesday 1/3/17.  We wish you and your family a safe and wonderful Holiday! 

TAX Preparation 

In preparation of the upcoming 2016 1099-MISC tax form process, it is very important that we provide accurate and up to date W9's to our accountant. In order to meet the imposed IRS deadline date of January 31, 2017.
IF you have had a business address or entity name change at any time in 2016, we must receive an updated W9 to ensure proper processing and delivery of your 2016 1099-MISC tax form. Please inform us of any changes by completing and returning the attached W9 form.
***If you have already informed us of a change earlier in 2016, please notify us again so that we can ensure we have the correct information.***
