NOAS IS PROUD TO PARTNER WITH THE CLEVLAND CAVALIERS

NOAS is excited to announce our partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Department at the Cavaliers found NOAS on the HRC page and arranged a meet and greet. The meeting went very well and NOAS will be attending three events to help promote our agency and our support of diverse communities.

The first event is Saturday, December 16. NOAS staff, foster families and youth will enjoy a private pre-game event prior to Cavs Pride Night. We will also enjoy tickets to the game and have a table in the concourse to promote NOAS' programs and services.

NOAS will also attend the January 2nd PRIDE event at the Cleveland Charge game at CSU Wolstein Center as well as the Wednesday, January 24 PRIDE game of the Cleveland Monsters, Cleveland's Professional Hockey team at the Rocket Mortgage Field House.

Having the opportunity to partner with the Cleveland Cavaliers community and spread our message of inclusion and diversity in the sports industry is so exciting to us.

Together we can make a

colorful

difference because trauma should not define the foster youth NOAS works with and the families who care for them.

It is not the same to color with a broken crayon as it is to color with an intact one. Often, broken crayons have rough edges and are shorter.

While trauma changes us, it does not define us or determine how vibrantly we color.

In the same way that a broken crayon doesn't work the same as before, foster youth are not the same after experiencing trauma. Yet, they still color vibrantly thanks to connections and support provided by NOAS. As you count your blessings this holiday season, NOAS asks you to pass them along to foster youth in need.

Giving to NOAS is more than a donation; it is an investment in the future of children, families, and communities.

GIVE TODAY

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

It was a wonderful celebration of Katy's accomplishments and the holiday.

NOAS HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THE TREE LIGHTING PARADE

SANTA & MRS. CLAUS VISITS NOAS

NOAS families gathered to celebrate the holidays with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Dinner and treats were served, games were played, laughter was heard, and prizes were given. It was a great experience for current foster youth and adopted children to be able to pick a gift for their families and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. We are so thankful for our families at NOAS! Have a wonderful holiday season.
