Author:
Anne Trubek
The Mount, Lenox
Dec 11; 4-6PM
Join us for this special book launch in
honor of Anne Trubek's recent release A Skeptic's Guide to Writers'
Houses, which takes a vexed, often funny, and always thoughtful
tour of a goodly number of house museums across the nation,
including The Mount. As the author journeyed across the country,
she asked herself one simple, yet surprisingly complex question:
Why is it that we visit writers' houses? Anne will share her
thoughts, discoveries, and adventures through literature, history,
and contemporary America. She'll also sign copies of her book.
