A NOTE TO OUR MERCHANTS

The BID has been hearing from many of our merchants about receiving fines, tickets and warnings from various city agencies. As if circumstances are not difficult enough, these additional challenges make doing business extremely burdensome. If you receive a fine, let the BID know. We are your advocate and will work to provide you with information on how to avoid fines and help you dispute fines that you think are unfair.

As a reminder, if you have not done so already, it is imperative that your business complete the NY Forward Safety Plan for your business. You can find a fillable template here. Again, if you need assistance, reach out to the BID.
