Now that Aetna Quote & Enrol l is available, Aetna will no longer accept new applications on their existing Med Supp and Complementary E-App tools as of December 15, 2018. You will only be able to submit electronic applications through Aetna Quote & Enroll after December 15.

Any application submitted on the two existing E-App tools before December 15 will be processed as usual and you will be able to view the case details on E-App until December 31, 2018. After that date, you will only be able to view the application status on the pending new business dashboard.

Your clients now have another option for receiving long-term care benefits. Benefit payments can now be sent via EFT (electronic funds transfer). This will allow your clients to receive claim payments faster by electronically transferring benefit payments directly to their bank accounts.
