MANNA MESSAGE
December , 2019
Another Year, Another Annual Agreement!
Thank you for an amazing, record breaking year. Together we distributed 19.8 million pounds of food between July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019. This couldn't have happened without your agency's commitment to meet the growing need and your motivation to work hand in hand with MANNA to reach this challenging goal. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Please join us for another year of partnership through a simple, digital renewal process. To make this an easier, more streamlined process, all annual documents are in digital form, allowing for electronic signatures . Simply click on the link, add your agency information, and click submit. No more faxing, dropping off paperwork, or emails. Agreements will be due by January 10th.

Client Statistics Change - No more percentages!
We are making reporting client statistics easier and more simple in the new year!

Beginning on January 1, 2020, MANNA will be changing our client data reporting requirements to ONLY include total number of households and individuals served at each pantry, distribution, meal or other food program.

To see a detailed step-by-step look into this new process, click here for Client Data Reporting Toolkit. We have also developed a New Intake Form template for your convenience. As always, we encourage you to use what works best for your organization.

These numbers are now due by the 7th business day of each month!

MANNA FoodBank and Feeding America utilize client data reporting to better understand food insecurity at a local level and equip communities and partner agencies with the resources they need to respond to the problem. Over the next several years, we expect the technology and accuracy of client data reporting to expand and transform the client intake process. For now, however, we are taking time to consider meaningful ways to utilize this data while also emphasizing our commitment to equity and lowering barriers to food access. We hope this reporting requirement change will be easier and simpler for you and we appreciate your help in submitting this information in a timely manner. Please call 828-299-3663 x 1272 with any questions.
*New* Ordering Calendar for Pick Ups and Deliveries +
Mobile Delivery Schedule
January-March 2020
REMINDERS: Before dialing up the driver, remember: Every time someone calls, they must pull off the road to answer the phone, causing additional delays. If you have any questions, contact our Warehouse Manager Lee Short at (828) 299-3663 x1260.

Please ask your volunteers to allow a 30 minute window before and after your expected MANNA delivery. Our drivers work very hard to arrive on time, but they may experience unforeseen setbacks while on the road. Giving them this window helps them to stay on track.
