Wishing you a Happy Holiday!

As the year winds down, we send you our warmest wishes for a joyful and peaceful holiday season. We hope you have the chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones.

Looking back, this year has been a powerful reminder that the biggest changes happen when we act together. Every effort -large or small- has contributed to our collective impact. Thank you for being an essential part of this community and for showing what's possible when we move united.

The Move United offices will be closed from December 25 through January 1. We'll return recharged and ready to tackle another great year together!

Cheers to well-deserved rest and an exciting year ahead.

Happy Holidays!

Sports Make Us More

Here's what you should know this month.

Host a USAWFL Tournament

Move United is seeking hosts for the 2026 and 2027 USA Wheelchair Football League regular season tournaments.

What hosts provide: A high-quality tournament experience—venue, on-site support, and volunteers.

What hosts gain: Unprecedented exposure to adaptive athletes, local and national media recognition, new sponsorship opportunities, and strengthened community partnerships.

Move United grants are available to qualifying member organizations to offset costs.

Applications close December 31.

We're Hiring!

The Member Services Coordinator – Warfighters will play a vital role in coordinating the Warfighters Program and Warfighters  Ambassador Program. This role will focus on building connections with Veterans, recruiting participants, providing support, and advocating for the needs of Veterans with disabilities within the adaptive sports community. The coordinator will work to activate Warfighters Ambassadors within local communities and at national events, ensuring they are well-trained and resourced to educate others about adaptive sports.

Warfighter Ambassador Referrals

You know the impact of adaptive sports—the determination, the breakthroughs, the life-changing joy. Now, help us find the next generation of leaders.

We're seeking our next Warfighter Ambassadors—a Veteran with a disability who has a compelling story and passion for empowering others.

Your Mission: Scout out the game-changers and nominate a Veteran ready to:

  • EMPOWER others to find their sport.
  • ACHIEVE their personal goals with our support.
  • SHARE their journey on a national platform.

Nominate a Veteran and help a fellow Warfighter find their purpose. Every successful nomination is your entry to win a giftcard to the Move United store!
