Important Zoom Class Reminders:
- For those participating via zoom, you must be visible on camera. We can not allow participants coming on with us without a camera option going forward for safety reasons.
- Be signed up at least 2 hours before the class begins
- Zoom link will be sent about 1 hour before class begins to your email
- Be signed in 15 minutes before class
- Ask all in your home to be off the internet for best reception for Zoom classes
- You will be on mute during Zoom classes and can send a chat message to the instructor if needed.

Kids' Yoga Online!
- Sign up your 4-12 year-old kiddos up to learn some yoga to help with schooling at home: posture, energy, and release stresses.
- Set up an account in our system for your child and sign them up on the class schedule .
- More classes to come for the kiddos and prices will be $5 per class or 5 classes for only $20

While Lucas County continues it's stay-at-home order, we will have classes available online, only. We are working so hard to keep you all moving and healthy during this very difficult time and we miss seeing your beautiful faces in person, but we want to be responsible and work as a community to keep all as safe as possible. Join Diana Spiess, M.S., E-RYT 500hr, CMES, C-IAYT, for this amazing hip workshop where she will cover these amazing joints and powerful areas of our bodies! As a teacher and educator of multiple modalities of wellness and fitness for 30 years, Diana brings all perspectives to all that she teaches: the physical body, the energetic body, and the connections between all. She will explain the functionality of the hips (muscles, bones, fascia, joints) and the very powerful energy that needs to be running through this area of our body to maintain our wellbeing. When she offers these workshops, she brings it all to the table in ways that people can understand and make "ah-ha" awareness that allows for all to function better in their bodies and in their daily lives.

We entered YTT training in the beginning of 2020 not quite sure what to expect. We knew we would be learning poses, but weren't sure where this journey would take us. Fast forward almost a full year and we are all blown away about what this experience has meant to us. There is a deep understanding that this training is well beyond the asanas, exploring all eight limbs of yoga. And within each of those limbs, there is a personal journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, as doors opened based on our individual needs and interests. We are all different people- individually and collectively - after this experience. We also had no idea we would be taking this journey in the middle of a global pandemic. As we each reflected on our training, we agreed there was no better time to have this experience. The tools we learned not only created individual coping mechanisms of peace, reflection, exploration, and acceptance; but have also equipped us to help others through and on the other side of this pandemic - our family, friends, and perhaps students. The complexity Diana experienced to make this all work given the ever-changing restrictions was beyond belief; but she did it with grace, humility, and with a focus on ensuring our experience would stay intact and be as meaningful as possible. We all felt so strongly about our journey, our transformation, and our bond; that our gift to Diana was a YTT scholarship for future students. We understand others may be leery in these trying and complicated times...but we believe there is no better time than now to take this journey.

A Time to Appreciate All We Do Have
|
|
I have seen so many on social media noting that this is a time to appreciate all we do have versus recognizing what we don’t have right now as we maneuver through all. I could not connect more deeply with this perspective. And, to be honest, I feel as though we are meant to live this way each day even without COVID and all this year has presented…because right now is all we really do have or ever truly have. It’s not to say that aspiring for other things and places to visit or experiences to have is bad; rather, knowing and working toward those heart-felt desires while be grateful in the moment is a super powerful formula.
In my podcast that I just published, I speak of setting affirmations and, most specifically, the one, “IAM ready!” I do believe, that even with the limitations we have now and the extra work many of us are experiencing, we can still find still moments to tap deep into our essence being and feel our heart-felt desires. Just this, alone, is so powerful and a huge part of the manifestation process. We have to order (ask and you shall receive) or manifestos with details and to do that, we have to pause and check in to find that clarity. Then, we have work to do to get ready. If you have not listened to this podcast yet, I encourage you to do so and this will al make much more sense. Even with COVID, we have so so much we can do. And, when the time comes that we are able to move about more like before, we can be living in the midst of this manifestation.
Sometimes we forget what it really takes and make things way too complicated. We watch our children do this all the time so effortlessly. They day-dream and see in their minds what they want so clearly and they can feel it everywhere in their body as if it is real. With no surprise, science has now even proven that we have the same physiological responses when dreaming and meditating on such things even! So, for this holiday season, as we sit more still and hold gratitude for that we do have, we can work on manifesting our heart-felt desires and do the work within and for our own wellbeing to get ready. IAM ready! Are you? I believe in you and the magic that this season brings to all.
