DECEMBER 2019
The Shape Your Cape Summit is back for it's fifth annual conference and tickets are now on sale!

The Shape Your Cape Summit is BACK for it's fifth year! That's right - we've been working to shape Cape Cod into a vibrant place to live and work for young professionals, year-round, for five years. This year, we're excited to continue facilitating forward-thinking conversation, interactive learning opportunities, and community connections at the ONLY conference created for - and by - the Cape's young workforce community.

Topics at this year's event will range from career development to civic engagement to work/life balance. The event is designed to further regional understanding and action around a variety of issues that impact quality of life and career opportunity for young people living and working on Cape Cod.

The 2020 Summit is presented with generous support from our sponsor,  The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod . Thank you for making this event possible!

This year, we're thrilled to welcome author, Melody Warnick, as our keynote speaker. Melody's book, This Is Where You Belong: Finding Home Wherever You Are , is a practical guide to loving the place where you live that has been featured in the New York Times, Time magazine, Fast Company, Psychology Today, and others. Described by Richard Florida as “an important book for so many people who are choosing their place to live,” This Is Where You Belong explores the groundbreaking concept of place attachment and leads longtime residents and newcomers alike to commit to a more passionate relationship with their community.

Stay tuned for a complete session schedule for the 2020 Summit!
