Westshore Alliance joins business groups in support of Regional Transit Feasibility Plan
The Tampa Bay Area Regional Transit Authority advanced the Regional Transit Feasibility Plan into the PD&E phase at their meeting last month. The Alliance was one of several business groups from across the region speaking in support of the plan. In the project's next phase, TBARTA will determine the exact alignment, details about station locations, opportunities for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and phasing strategies for implementation. The Tampa Bay Partnership recently developed a website to explain more about BRT and the opportunity for the region.
