Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Week of Prayer for International Missions: December 1-8
This week is an opportunity for churches to join in prayer for the work of missionaries who take the gospel to people in cities and extreme places. It's also a time to reflect on giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering that supports them.
When you give to Acts 1:8
Missions, you are giving 20% to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (International Missions).

December Holiday Schedule
Our weekly children's activities will break as detailed below. We wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and many blessings for 2020!
* Awana ends December 15 and resumes January 12.
* JAM ends December 17 and resumes January 14.
* Children's Missions end December 18 and resume January 8.
Preschool Pajama Parties
Our annual Preschool Pajama Parties will be held at Mrs. Annette's home on December 5 and 6 from 6:00pm until 7:30pm. These are open for 2 year olds through kindergarteners. Space is limited for each party so RSVP soon to the Children's Ministry office if you plan to attend.
Mom's Night Out
Friday, Dec. 13, 6pm-8pm Moms of all ages are invited. Childcare is provided. This month we will have a Scripture gift exchange. Bring a $10 gift with a scripture on it and your favorite finger food to share.
There is no cost for this month. Sign up by December 12.
The Sweetest Gift
It's that time of year and we are so excited about our Sweetest Gift program! We still have names left from the 130 children from Coffee County Family Services that we have committed to purchase Christmas gifts for.
Packets, including wishlists, are available now. Stop by our table in the Worship Center foyer on Sundays or at Prayer Service on Wednesday nights.
Packets will also be available in the Children's Ministry office during regular office hours.
Breakfast in Bethlehem
All children, ages 2 through 6th grade, are invited to join us for Breakfast in Bethlehem on Sunday, December 8.
The breakfast will take both worship hours on this day.
Children will go to their regular classrooms first thing that morning. Preschoolers will be picked up from their classrooms - 1st through 6th graders will be picked up from the Fellowship Hall.
We hope your children will join us on this special day as we celebrate our Savior's birth!
Baby Dedication
Sunday, December 22 during the second worship service.
If you plan to participate please sign up with the Children's Ministry office. Forms and pictures are due by December 13.
6th Grade Mission Trip
The 6th Grade Mission Trip to Mobile, AL is January 16 - 19, 2020. This trip is open to all 6th graders and their parents (only). The cost is $125 per person. If you are planning to go the deadline to sign up is January 9. Required forms are available in the Children's Ministry office and must be turned in by January 9.

Homebound Ministry Meeting

Please come be a blessing to our Homebound church members. We will be filling Christmas Stockings with goodies and taking them to our Homebound, Nursing Home and Assisted Living residents.
Senior Adult Fitness Class
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am. The Monday and Friday classes meet in the Fellowship Hall and the Wednesday class meets in the Multipurpose Room.

Christmas Handbell Concert by Bro. Ed Brasher, Minister of Music at FBC.
Special Christmas music by Kelli Sparks. Dinner catered by Mrs. Laurette Blair. Cost: $10 each. Please RSVP by December 3.

* Each meal consists of a meat, one or two sides, roll/bread, salad, dessert and tea/lemonade except the Spaghetti and Breakfast meals.
