Our Gift to you!
We sincerely hope you’ll join us for our Virtual Networking Holiday Party this December 17 from 2:30 – 4:00 pm.
Why? Networking is key in this industry and we can do that virtually while having fun. Plus, ‘tis the season for giving and we want to give you some time to have fun together while networking in a different way.
Why now? Why not now? The leaves fall, the air temperature gently lowers itself while the winds blow in another season. As we look around the various landscapes, we may notice the change. “Mother Nature” has taken charge yet, again. This year we may have missed the change due to the current world circumstances and health dilemmas. Regardless of these quandaries, something never changes. It is the gift of heartfelt generosity. We want to share that with you.
During this time of year, we draw our attention to being thankful and to giving. Let’s take some time to think about how we have given and how we continue to give. It is what keeps us going in good times and in not-so-good times. No matter what is going on around us, we have always been able to find something for which to be thankful. No matter what is going on around us, it is good practice to give.
We learn that it feels good to give. Sometimes the giving is of ourselves. My grandmother, a woman of much wisdom, always proclaimed that giving meant, “if you send out bread, it will come back buttered.” It is another way of saying that if you extend your hand to another, you will be blessed in some way. Throughout this pandemic, you have searched your souls to find ways to give of your time, your skills, your smiles and your energy to help those you serve every day. You continue to give in many ways and for that you will be blessed. That’s why from time to time, you may experience a feeling of exuberance or a feeling of elation.
Shortly, we shall begin the process of wrapping up 2020 and begin the welcoming of a new year. Let’s project wonder and delight on this coming year. Let’s continue to focus on what we can give. It will help take our minds away from ghastly circumstances. Let’s continue to work together to help each other through this coming year. May we feel that elation and exuberance as our bread gets buttered along life’s way. So do plan to attend our Virtual Networking Holiday Party. Many gift cards will be won and many spells of laughter will be had. Join us and let us give our gift to you!
