December Holiday Luncheon Celebration

Sharing a meal together with friends takes on even greater meaning around the holiday season at Alice Independent School District. On December 6 at Schallert Elementary and on December 13 at all Alice ISD schools the Alice ISD Child Nutrition Department and Chartwells K12 team celebrated the Holiday Luncheon for the students, staff, and parents at Alice Independent School District cafes!

Elementary students' parents/guardians were able to enjoy a traditional holiday meal together. Thank you to our wonderful Alice ISD Food Service Team for making the meals! 4,000+ Holiday meals were served!

Student Choice is BACK at Alice High School!

The NEW Student Choice menu began on November 28 at Alice High School! The Alice ISD Child Nutrition team was excited to offer the new Student Choice lunch menu (winner The Roost) that the Alice High School students voted on October 12, 2022. The limited-time menu was offered in the Main Entree serving line at Alice High School between November 28 through December 9.

The Roost is a culinary experience featuring everything we love about chicken. While chicken is the star of the show, flavor is what makes this a unique dining experience.

About Student Choice:

Student Choice promises to deliver on engagement by giving students a voice in their menu options! New, on-trend station concepts provide more variety, while voting allows for better student interaction – all resulting in an enhanced student dining experience.
