December 2017

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  Thank you for taking the time to peruse our newsletter.  We hope that you have had a wonderful and productive 2017, and that 2018 will be even better for you and your loved ones.

Ammunition Purchases

Many of you are aware of the new laws going in to effect on January 1, 2018 regarding background checks for ammunition.  A quick tip is that one exemption to this is to get your Curio & Relic FFL from the ATF.  It costs $30 for 3 years and as long as you can pass a standard background check they cannot deny you.  The forms are available here.  In addition from the CA DOJ you will need a Certificate of Eligibility and the forms can be found here.  With these two items many ammunition vendors will continue to ship ammunition right to your front door.  It is highly worth the time and effort to take these simple steps.
