Rhonda Musak, Acting Coach

As an acting coach, I help actors unlock the magic in their acting.
At first, Rhonda's techniques seemed far-fetched, but they came with an alluring, tender asterisk: "Commit to this, and you'll see." Before I knew it, I was doing things I never thought I had in me.

The Book Club for Actors has ended.

Thank you for 7 fabulous years!

Many thanks to everyone who has participated in the Book Club for Actors since it launched in November 2010 with our very first playwright, Arthur Miller. I'm grateful for the many compelling conversations shared at our home location, the Remedy Diner.

One of my favorite memories at the Remedy Diner...while we were discussing the plays of Thornton Wilder, and specifically The Matchmaker, what song comes blaring over the loudspeaker? Hello, Dolly! Ahhh...that's the Remedy magic.

We covered 39 playwrights and over 200 plays. YOW! I hope that everyone who has attended has fallen in love with play reading the way that I have.

Curious to know what it is that we've read? You can check it out here:   Book Club for Actors Archive .

Super charge the New Year with vision and focus. In this life-aligning, 5-hour workshop, participants create a plan for the year ahead...a plan that will stick.

Leap with Passion into 2018!!!
Do you get near the end of the year wishing you had the time to slow down and take stock of your life in order to make changes that stick for the New Year? And then in a blur of the holiday rush, the next thing you's February.

That's exactly why the Leap with Passion Workshop was created!

Best decision I've made in a long time!
~ Leap 2017 Participant, Angie Sacks ~
You might think you know what happened in your life last year and how you feel about it, but chances are, your memory is not quite accurate, thereby neither is your assessment of it.
And what about the year to come? Have you taken time to think about what your true hopes are for this year? Better yet, how about words and actions to help get those thoughts out of your head and into your life?
With Rhonda's help, I was able to concretely and viscerally move through 2016; see it, address it, and say goodbye to it. I was also able to see patterns of shackling that I do not want to repeat for 2017.
Rhonda help me to develop three specific focus areas for 2017 that can be engaged with on an every day level through visual, emotional and intellectual access points. This workshop was a processing extravaganza that was mentally and emotionally grounding, artistically inspiring, and fun!
I highly recommend it (actors & non-actors alike)!

In this 5-hour workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Powerfully complete the past year and joyfully celebrate its greatest accomplishments.
  • Turn the challenges of past year into fuel for the next.
  • Learn an amazing goal-setting technique that is the difference that makes the difference in terms of "sticking to it."
  • Design 3 life changing, personal focuses for the year ahead that are achievable and really inspire.
  • Discover who they need to be and they actions they need to take in order to succeed in accomplishing their 3 focuses.
  • Express and joyfully celebrate life.

Get Rid of New Year's Resolutions that Don't Stick Once and For All
by Rhonda S. Musak

A handful years ago, in the middle of a sweltering July day, my sister turned to me and said, "My New Year's resolution is going really well." Caught completely off guard, I searched through my mind for a moment of time that was not humid and 97 degrees.

I finally recalled that yes, at the beginning of that year, I too had New Year's resolutions! And that's where our similarities ended: I had zero recollection of my "life-changing" resolutions that were designed as the New Year arrived with its fresh hope...

You've studied with me, you've booked the job -- now share the FAB news!
