One of the most common problems our patients are facing this year are the signs and symptoms of low grade depression and fatigue. Questions we receive from patients here at Integrative Medical Associates often sound something like: "could my symptoms be adrenal fatigue or is it depression, or just holiday overload?"
Unlike other illnesses or disorders, there is no simple explanation as to what causes depression.
