As the Holidays are quickly approaching and the end of the year is near, we want to wish you and your family a Very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!

Thank you for sharing your children with us. What a beautiful gift it is to have the privilege to watch them learn and grow.

IMPORTANT DATES

GRANDPARENTS' DAY

Wow! Just Wow! It was incredible to see all of the smiling faces on Grandparents' Day of all of our students and their Grandparents. The voices of the kids filling the classrooms and hallways as they showed off our school was absolutely heartwarming.

Thank you to our Home & School Association for providing the donuts and to our wonderful staff for their hard work that went into making the day a success!

K-4 CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

DECEMBER 15th at 7pm in the GYM

Students need to report to their classrooms by 6:30pm, dressed in their Sunday-best Christmas attire, unless they are a 4th grader who was assigned a specific costume to wear.

These kiddos have been practicing their little hearts off and can't wait to put on a spectacular Christmas show for you!

5th GRADE START GRADUATION

On December 2nd, students in our 5th grade class were presented their Certificate of Completion for the START Program by several officers from the Wentzville Police Department.

Hayleigh Crowe and Isabelle Kuebler were also awarded for their winning essays selected from their class.

Congrats Graduates! We are proud of you!

4th GRADE IDIOM COSTUMES

Our 4th Graders were tasked with creating a costume of an idiom for their classmates to guess.

Can you guess what idiom they are?

We have some seriously creative kids here at St. Patrick!

3rd GRADE HABITAT PROJECT

Our Third Graders were each assigned an animal of which to create a replication of them in their habitat. They are quite impressive displays exhibiting great creativity.

Nice work Third Grade!

ST. NICK KINDERGARTEN VISIT

St. Nick made a stop in to visit all of our Kindergarten classes on St. Nicholas' Day. All of our sweet kindergarteners received their own sweet candy cane as a gift from St. Nick!

TIS THE SEASON TO BE MERRY!

The teachers and staff have been feeling the Christmas Spirit lately! We've had snowmen, candy canes, and just a bunch of holly jolly individuals in the building! The festive attire will continue until Christmas BREAK! Watch for their fun costumes!

YEARBOOK ORDERS

Yearbook orders are now open!

Yearbooks are $15 each. Price will increase after December 31st, so don't delay!

SANTA SLAM

The Santa Slam Basketball Tournament being hosted by St. Patrick School starts this weekend! As a reminder, ALL 6th grade families need to sign up to work a shift to earn credit toward 6th grade camp this year. There are options to work the admission table, concession stand, or scorekeeping. Don't forget to sign up!

8th graders are also eligible to sign up to work to earn service hours!

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

LABELING CLOTHES

Please remember to label your child(ren)'s clothes, especially their sweatshirts. There have already been multiple items that have made their way to lost and found that have not been labeled. It is much easier to get them to their rightful owner if they are labeled. Thank you!

TTEF & MO SCHOLARS DONATIONS

LUNCH DUTY

Thank you to those who have already signed up to volunteer!

At this time, we are looking for coverage for

January 4th, 11th, 13th, 17th, 20th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th, and 31st.

We are in need of one volunteer to help with playground and lunchroom supervision from 10:55-12:40 each day lunch is scheduled. If you are able to help, please email margie@stpatsch.org or call the school office.

Note: Every volunteer must be compliant with Protecting God's Children and Prevent & Protect. Thank you for all your help.

HOME & SCHOOL

Our Otis Spunkmeyer fundraiser was a huge success! We have some hard-working kiddos who raised $62,295 in sales with a profit of 40%, or $24,918, going to St. Patrick School. Great job everyone!

A big THANK YOU to all of our parent volunteers who are always chipping in to help when needed. As a way to express our appreciation, all volunteers get entered in a drawing to win “Clover Parking” for a month. Congratulations and thank you to our next winner Cassie Ellison! Enjoy your Clover Parking from December 12 - January 27.

The Clover Pass is a parking pass that allows an individual to pull into the parking spaces next to the school office before 3:00pm and pick their child(ren) up and leave the parking lot immediately. You can earn chances to win a clover pass by volunteering at any Home & School sponsored event. Clover passes are good for approximately one month.

Social committee is looking for volunteers who want to help plan Trivia Night. Please email home and school if interested in helping at homeandschool@stpatsch.org
