We also pride ourselves on great customer service and the fact that your call will always be answered by a real person, allowing us to connect with our clients on a more personal level. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: T&A SUPPLY

|
This month we are excited to spotlight T&A Supply Company. They are a family-owned and operated wholesale distributor serving the Pacific Northwest since 1960.
Based in Kent, WA, they have over 250 employees in 18 locations across the US. Their team is globally recognized as the most innovative and supportive in the flooring industry. We recently asked T&A a few questions about their relationship as a member business and what they valued most.
What do you like best about the relationship with NACMBCS?
NACMBC's partnership with us has been mutually beneficial. They have extremely knowledgeable staff to help with many topics from Experian reports, collection activity, trade meetings, webinars, and educational credit courses for professional growth. They are our lifeline when we need guidance pertaining to credit.
How has being a member organization helped T&A Supply?
NACMBCS always looks out for our best interest as it relates to cost-effective reports, publishing trade tapes, inspiring growth for upcoming credit personnel, and working hard on our behalf to collect on past due accounts that are placed for collection with them.
We are so grateful to have T&A Supply as a member and we really like the flooring in our new office that came from them! We look forward to continuing to serve all their credit needs!
