The Amelia Walk Holiday Lights are up. The main entrance, amenity center and entrance to the neighborhood are beautifully lit up to celebrate the holiday season. We would like to thank everyone for their input and ideas this year, and we would like to give a special thank you to those who took time to help install the lights. If you see Jeff Robinson, Buddy Price, Bob Rose, Craig Peterson or Amanda Rose, please thank them for all their hard work! Also give a thank you to Candace Lay who spent the day helping decorate the social room. We couldn't have done it without them!

If you weren't able to volunteer to help install the lights, please consider helping take the lights down. We will begin on January 3rd and work for as many days as necessary to take everything down and get it properly stored away for next year.

Park benches have been placed throughout the community by five of our ponds. Make sure to check them out and take a rest next time you are enjoying the outdoors!

Dickens on Centre

Travel back in time December 7-10, 2023, during the ninth annual Dickens on Centre festival in historic downtown Fernandina Beach, Florida, on beautiful Amelia Island. Free to the public, this Victorian holiday festival is sure to enliven your Christmas spirit. Throughout the weekend, feel the spirit of the holiday with Victorian-inspired entertainment on two stages. Families will enjoy a plethora of fun including Tiny Tim's Kids Zone, visits with St. Nick, holiday entertainment and shopping, festive food and drink, costumed characters, holiday movies and plenty of Christmas inspiration.

A friendly reminder

If you are selling your home, your amenity center fobs should be passed on to the new homeowners. If the fobs are not left for the new homeowners, the fobs will be deactivated and the new homeowners will be responsible for the replacement fee of $25 per fob.
