Group Fitness

Zumba Gold Fridays 8:30 am
Strong by Zumba Fridays 9:30 am
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba ®   combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every bur-pee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.


 Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba ®  class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Cost $45 members, $55 non-members.
 
Adults ages 18+ may register until Monday, January 6 th , 2020 for player pool participants.

Games will begin January 14 th , 2020 .
Team rosters will be locked Monday January 13 th , 2020 .
All teams will play six (6) games
Teams consist of a minimum of 8, maximum of 12 players, 2 must be female.
