Keep Babies Bundled Safely This Winter
baby_in_fall_leaves.jpg Balance keeping your baby warm and dry, but not overheated during cold weather.

Here are a few tips from the Union County Health Department:
  • Consider how you dress for weather and add one extra layer for babies six months or less.
  • Add a hat, mittens and warm shoes.
  • Check in with your child.  They can not tell you if they're hot or cold.  Feel their skin, coloring of cheeks and temperament.

Check out this tip sheet for additional tips.
