Celebrate into the New Year at the Depot Theater
On Friday, Dec. 31, celebrate the new year at the Depot Theater. The event kicks off at 9 p.m. and includes entertainment, a charcuterie board, and a champagne toast.

Lighting the Way
The Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas recently distributed several grants to community organizations. The funds will be used for projects throughout southwest Kansas that include preservation projects, youth programs, handicapped accessibility, fighting food insecurity, winter coats, education programs, playgrounds, and many more worthwhile projects and initiatives.
The Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas is a charitable organization that collects contributions from individuals, families, businesses, and other organizations to provide grants for projects that best serve the interests of southwest Kansas.

City Employees Give Big
Beginning Oct. 18 and running through Nov. 12, the City of Dodge City hosted its annual Fall Food and Coat Drive. This year's drive was a massive success collecting a total of 1,667 items, including more than 30 coats and $200 in cash donations.
The donations were delivered on Friday, Nov. 12 to this year's recipient the Manna House, a faith-based safe haven for those in need of food and shelter.
