December Edition

A Message from the Mayor

With the holidays just around the corner, there is much to look forward to!

For the past 14 years, the City of Vaughan has proudly supported the CP24 Chum Christmas Wish. Together, we’ve raised more than $139,000 and donated more than 152,000 toys to families in need. There is no greater gift than putting a smile on a child's face on Christmas morning. The last day to donate new and unwrapped toys is Monday, December 11.

This weekend we are celebrating Chanukah. Please join us on Sunday, December 10 for our Chanukah Celebration and on Monday, December 11 for our Menorah Lighting Ceremony.

Looking ahead at 2024, we will be hosting our annual New Year's Levee on Sunday, January 21 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Venu Event Space, located at 2800 Hwy 7. In addition to a greeting, enjoy a delicious breakfast alongside free family-friendly entertainment, interactive activities and a photobooth experience.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Holiday Season!
