Virtual Art Show
Enjoyed by ALL

OPICA's annual OUTSIDER / INSIDER Art Show went virtual this year on Zoom. A video/slide show captivated the more than 60 in attendance. You can see that slide show/video by clicking here.

The art is reduced pricing this year (COVID pricing) to $150 each. A number of the paintings have sold and there are still a number remaining through the end of December. You can see the art for sale here.

Thank you to the Art Show committee for putting together such a wonderful, warm, enjoyable event.

Memory, Forgetfulness, and Aging: What's Normal
and What's Not?

Many older adults worry about their memory and other thinking abilities. For example, they might be concerned about taking longer than before to learn new things, or they may sometimes forget to pay a bill. These changes are usually signs of mild forgetfulness — often a normal part of aging — not serious memory problems.
