Happy holidays! We wind down the year with our final issue of the ITP practice resources newsletter by focusing on the extraordinary in everyday life. These past weeks are so often a blur of to-do lists and year-end tasks. We hope that the content below offers a gentle reminder to slow down and inhabit a sense of awe in the life we are given.
Terry Tempest Williams believes "Awe is the moment when ego surrenders to wonder," and what could be a more gentle and transformative practice tool to connect to the divine than taking in a beautiful sunset or being present to the caring touch from a loved one?
Fortunately, we don't have to wait for a grand moment to enjoy the benefits of inhabiting a sense of awe. By cultivating "exquisite attention" and creating the conditions to open to the divine, we can begin to understand our extraordinary capacities and potential inside.
As always, thank you for your wholehearted participation in this community over the past year. Your support and enthusiasm help shape and evolve this practice in profound ways. We look forward to walking this transformative path together in 2022. Happy holidays and a bright new year!
