Growing up, I assumed the holidays were a positive thing for everyone. They always were for me. As an adult, I’ve come to realize that the emotional impact of this time of year hits people in many different ways, but I hold more tightly to the one unchanging truth that Christmas brings for all of us: Jesus came to earth from heaven, to live as one of us, to be a sacrifice for us, and to open the door to eternal life for us. This holiday season, no matter what emotions bubble up in you, I pray you will find the peace that only comes from the Son of God, whose birth caused angels to worship and all of eternity to change.

This year will be the first year we will be doing standardized, company-wide employee self-evaluations. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on the past year and to look ahead to next year. The self-evaluation form is attached below.

The self-evaluation is to be turned in by December 31st to your supervisor. If you have any questions on how to fill it out, you can ask your supervisor.

Crosswinds Counseling's newest office in Dayton, Ohio, is now open! The ribbon-cutting ceremony happened on November 10th and was a great success.

We continue to be amazed at God’s provision as He keeps calling licensed therapists to join us at a pace of around one per week. Crosswinds is still hiring, so please keep praying for the right therapists at the right time and in the right locations.
