'Tis the season for giving thanks, and we would like to start with you. We have had another fantastic year working with our Business and Government clients, and appreciate the relationships we have developed over the years.
Outside of our normal helpdesk and support roles, ITS staff have also been involved in training opportunities. Our training sessions and seminars have focused heavily on security, awareness and preparation this year. ITS has always been security-minded and attempts to present the most-secure solutions to our clients. We have reached a point, though, where the conversations we have with our clients about security need to become more intense. The threats are growing and the impact more severe: look to ITS to be more focused on your security in the coming year.

if you are in the market for team photos!) We will soon add a couple of additions to the squad: Chris Perry joins us as a part-time installation technician. You will find him traveling with Nick or Dallas for network, phone, door and surveillance installations. We are also in the process of hiring an additional Solutions Analyst to join our team of helpdesk technicians and provide daily on-site and remote support.
