Winter Reading Program
This year we have a special treat for you: a Winter Reading Program with a Harry Potter theme! Harry Potter fans, book lovers, witches, wizards and muggles of all ages: children, teens, and adults - all are invited to participate. (You don't have to have read the Harry Potter books to participate and enjoy this event!)

Create a mandrake ornament and earn your Herbology badge as part of our Winter Reading Program.

Check It Out Book Group
Tuesday, December 17 from 3-4pm
A new book group for teens in grades 6-12. There's no assigned books to read - instead come prepared to talk about your favorite book, the book you just read, and the books TBR (to be read) pile.

Dungeons & Dragons
Friday, December 20 from 5-9pm
Join us for another evening of D&D. Pizza and snacks will be provided.

How does sleep affect mental health?
A lack of sleep makes paying attention hard, increasing impulsiveness and may also increase irritability and depression. Insufficient sleep can make you irritable and is linked to poor behavior and trouble with relationships, especially among children and teens. People who chronically lack sleep are also more likely to become depressed.
